Large detached villa is ideally located close to Cala Egos and Calo des Pou, Cala D’or. The shops, restaurants and beaches are within easy walking distance of the villa. The accommodation in this well equipped and comfortable villa comprises of, on the ground level; a spacious combined lounge and dining room with a separate breakfast kitchen. There is one double bedroom, two further twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a shower room on this level. On the first floor, communicated by exterior stairs, there is a second double bedroom, one twin bedroom and another family bathroom. Outside, patio doors from the lounge give access to a spacious covered terrace that overlooks the 7m x 4m swimming pool. There is a poolside shower and sun terraces. Patio furniture, parasols and a barbeque are provided for ‘Alfresco’ dining. The villa benefits from mature ornamental gardens.
