This large detached villa is located close to the centre of Cala D’or, the beach and all amenities of this popular resort. The accommodation comprises on the first floor of; one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further twin bedroom, a balcony and a family bathroom. From here, there is access to a roof terrace. At entrance level there is a twin bedroom, a family bathroom and the spacious lounge / dining room with balcony and American style fitted kitchen. On the lower level there are two twin bedrooms, a toilet, a large TV lounge with Satellite TV including English Channels and a utility room. Portable Air Conditioning is available to hire (subject to availability. Outside, steps lead down to the sun terrace, which surrounds the 5m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool. There is a poolside shower, brick built BBQ, ornamental gardens and off road parking.

Our Cala D'Or villas are popular with families and friends traveling together. The sandy beaches with their turquoise water are safe for young children. The pretty coves and attractive pine-clad surrounding countryside lend to quiet relaxing days, whereas by night the main precinct in Cala D'Or offers a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants for evening entertainment. Many sports facilities are available, including tennis, sailing, horse riding, diving. Golf is available at the Vall D'or 18-hole golf course near the village of S'Horta Visit neighbouring Porto Petro, a Mallorcan village by the sea where waiters carry plates of delicious seafood across the road to the pavement café on the quay.
