This delightful villa is conveniently located in a quiet residential area, approximately five minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants at Cala Egos. The centre of Cala D’Or is just a few minutes drive away. The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of a master double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both having en-suite shower rooms. The well furnished lounge, with feature fireplace, has an archway leading to the dining room. From here there is a separate fitted kitchen having modern appliances. On the first floor, accessed by exterior stairs, there is another large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony. The villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped to a high standard and benefiting from ceiling fans in the living rooms. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV, video recorder and a music system.
