A luxury villa situated in the private area of Costa de los Pinos. Within walking distance of 1 golf course and a stunning sandy uncrowded beach and a short drive of three other golf courses. It is only minutes away from the resort of Cala Millor and Cala Bona. It is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy sitting room area with open fire leading to a well furnished terrace. Villa Maya has central heating, a DVD player and satellite TV. In the exterior area it's the private swimming pool 7x4 m and depth of between 0.90 m and 1.15 m. Also there is a nice garden with pines, palm tree's and lawn that surrounds the whole villa; there is a portable barbecue and a garage of 40m2.

Surrounding Area: Even though it is in the quiet private area it is within easy reach of local friendly bars and restaurants. There is a 4star hotel near by with health clubs and numerous other facilities (visitors are welcomed). There are local bars and restaurants within walking distance. There are also local village shops nearby and a tennis and windsurfing school! Lively night life is also close by (3 miles) in the local towns which are mentioned below, Taxis, buses or bikes are readily available. Costa De Loas Pinos is just a few miles away from the local towns Cala Bona and Cala Millor where there are local shops, banks, car and bike hire shops and varied restaurants offering traditional spanish, italian, english, and fish restaurants.

Beaches: Villa Maya is situated on the Bahia Da Arta. This resort offers a wonderful sweep of uncrowded sandy beach with crystal clear turquoise seas and a dramatic backdrop of mountain peaks.

Book In Advance. We do long & short term rentals: In order to avoid disappointment please do book in advance, we are taking 2010 bookings now !! Villa Maya can be rented out for both long and for short periods of time. If you require any information regarding this matter then do send us a enquiry. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is then due 2 months prior to departure. Transport from and to the airport is also available from €55 each way !! We were very happy to come and see a good funktionally
house. Everything was fine and a good welcome from your
friends Mave and Ken.
The only thing we had on our minds is the 50m to the beatch, it needs very long steps, but nevertheless we had your very good swimmingpool, very very good.
