Notes to the rental rates

• THE ABOVE RATES ARE PER WEEK FOR UP TO 4 PEOPLE.
  PLEASE ADD £150 PER WEEK FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON. (MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 6 PEOPLE)
  To confirm your booking we require a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the holiday, together with a signed booking form. We will hold a reservation request for 3 days after which, if the deposit has not been received we will assume cancellation of the request. The balance payment must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
