This unique detached villa with exposed beams and open log fireplace is set in an idyllic elevated location with spectacular sea & mountain views, yet is within walking distance of the centre of Deia. The accommodation has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard, comprising living/dining room with satellite tv, cd, dvd & Wi-Fi. Cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, separate utility room with Miele washing machine & dryer. The air-conditioned master suite occupies the entire top floor with a superking 4 poster bed, en-suite dressing area, luxury bathroom & private patio. The two further air-conditioned bedrooms, a double and a twin, share the second bathroom. Outside there are many seaview patio areas furnished for al fresco & BBQ dining. Steps lead up to the 30' heated swimming pool ,very private with stunning sea and mountain views, surrounded by flowerbeds and sun bathing areas with 6 teak sun loungers. A perfect romantic spot to relax and unwind.

Deia is situated on Mallorca's North West Coast, about 35 minutes drive from Palma Airport. The pretty village of Valldemossa is 10 km south of Deia, whilst Soller with its quaint tram running through the town down to the port, is 10 km to the north. The village of Deia is unique with a natural beauty and charm unchanged by time. Surrounded by olive and citrus groves, the area has attracted artists and romantics for many years; the poet Robert Graves, and many celebrities to this day, including Andrew Lloyd Webber, Richard Branson and Michael Douglas. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from, including 'El Olivo' at the famous La Residencia Hotel in the centre of the village. Cala Deia is a small unspoilt cove within walking distance of the house, about 5 minutes by car. Ideal for swimming, and with its rustic fish restaurant perched on the cliff overlooking the bay, perfect for a relaxed lunch. Deia is a self contained world, once there you feel little inclination to leave!

    PLEASE ADD £200 PER WEEK FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON. (MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 6 PEOPLE)
    To confirm your booking we require a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the holiday, together with a signed booking form. We will hold a reservation request for 3 days after which, if the deposit has not been received we will assume cancellation of the request. The balance payment must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
