This is a new apartment within 5 min walking distance of the centre of Deia. The apartment has two terraces, both overlooking the olive groves and the church of Deia above. Inside all the ceilings have exposed beams. The master bedroom has extra King sized bed (180x2m) an en-suite bath/shower room, French doors leading onto the upper terrace with table and 2 chairs. The 2 other bedrooms have got twin beds with en-suite shower rooms. One of these bedrooms has got access to the upper terrace too. Large lounge with seating for 6, fully fitted kitchen with table and chairs for 6 people. The lower terrace is L shaped and under the top terrace is a table and chairs for 6 people also a BBQ, sink, fridge and shower for those hot days. Plenty of room on the terrace for the seating and sun beds (3 sun beds provided ).
