Beautiful Mallorquin old style villa with landscaped gardens
This beautiful villa, built in traditional Mallorqin style is perfectly situated in the prestigious area of La Font, less than 2km from Pollenca Old Town centre. Consisting of a main house and adjoining guest cottage. The main house is all on one level with three double bedrooms, one full bathroom and one shower room with toilet and hand basin. All bedrooms feature French windows that open out to the landscaped gardens covering over 2,000 square metres, with an oval swimming pool, mature pines, palm trees and a riot of flowers and exotic plants. The large lounge has an open stone fireplace and leads out to terraces and alfresco dining areas. The charming adjoining guest cottage can also be rented for larger parties and has a double bedroom and large shower room as well as terraces above looking over the gardens and the mountains beyond. It is not rented out separately.

Our villa is located in La Font, a quiet and rural location within walking distance of the picturesque old town of Pollensa, with its lovely squares, excellent restaurants and shops and weekly market. Surrounded by mature pines, and with a mountain backdrop, our house stands on a large plot, completely private and well separated from other substantial villas in this up-market enclave. A five minute drive takes you to Puerto Pollensa with its superb long sandy beach, featuring all manner of watersports, excellent shopping and restaurants.

Notes to the rental rates

Prices are per week for the villa only sleeping six people for holidays of up to two weeks based on Saturday arrivals within the date bands given. Arrival dates and durations are, however, flexible. For larger parties of up to eight people the cottage can also be rented for an extra £200 per week. If the villa only is rented the cottage will remain empty and the villa party will have full and exclusive use of all the grounds, pool and gardens. Ask for special rates for long lets. 30% deposit on booking, balance 6 weeks before travelling. £200 deposit added to final payment, returned within 2 weeks of departure from villa if no loss or damage has occurred. The property is booked from 4pm on the day of arrival to 11am on the day of departure. This is essential to allow sufficient time for thorough cleaning.
