A characterful country villa, with delightful terrace, garden, swimming pool and a stone's made BBQ. The accommodation is all on one level. There is a spacious and light lounge/dining room with many local features including an open fireplace. A ten minute drive gets you to Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia an both Old Towns. Lovely for winter breaks too.

We stayed for Christmas and New Year 2009, and although the weather was not very friendly, Cati and her Aunt and Uncle more than compensated with their kindness and helpfulness. This idyllic villa is set in very tranquil surroundings, it is not overlooked, and the surrounding gardens and olive groves are truly beautiful. Private transport is necessary to visit the local beaches (10 minutes drive), but the villa's pool and patios will make a strong case for "staying local". We can thoroughly recommend this property, and its location.

We stayed here June 2007 and again June 2008. We were extremely pleased with the villa and all it's fantastic facilities. It's such a relaxing and peaceful holiday having the villa and pool to yourself.
