Situated between Pollensa and Pto. Pollensa, just on the valleys heart we have this luxury and comfortable villa. The house offers the privacy and the peace that you need. Designed, decorated and furnished to the highest standards by its artist owner, Miquel, the villa contains paintings and sculptures from his private collection and art gallery. As would be expected, the decor stylish throughout with magnificent picture windows leading out into enclosed terrace and fabulous garden, pool and BBQ area. Entry into fully equipped modern kitchen with marble worktops including vitro hob, electric oven, grill, microwave, dish washer, freezer, fridge, and breakfast area. Entrance into a large dining area set on a raised area overlooking the lounge. Lounge with Hi-Fi, SAT TV Video, DVD, internet access and doorway into a covered pool terrace. Pollensa is an old town specially favoured by the nature. The beauty and variety of its landscape never were a topic, but a reality that enjoyed their inhabitants from the beginning the times. Located in the valley enclosed by the Puig de Maria and the Calvari, Pollensa is the main municipal centre, with over 10,000 inhabitants. made up of a series of narrow streets and emblematic buildings such as the Calvari, the Cloister of Sant Domingo, the Roman bridge, Pollensa Museum and the International classic music Festival, among others. Pollensa plays a leading role in the islands cultural life. From the earliest years of the 20th century Pollensa became a favourite place for painters visiting the island and have contributed with their works (literature and painting) to making Pollensa well-known both in and outside Majorca. This resort has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere.

Close to the Pollensa Golf and Sport Center: Golf Information:The Pollensa Golf Club is open to non members and only 5 minutes by car. The challenging 9 hole courses have been described as some of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, with a clubhouse, a restaurant which also welcomes non-golfers, a swimming pool, rental of clubs, trolleys and golf cars also available. Tuition can be arranged and there are regular tournaments. Sport Center information: The Sport Center is open to non members and only 1 minute walking. You can practice tennis, football, climbing, running, etc....

Close to Pollença city: This villa is situated only 10 minutes walking from the center of Pollensa. We are outside of the village Pollença in a very calm and peaceful place but at the same time we are very close to Pollensa where you can find museums, art exhibitions, restaurants, supermarket, pubs, etc... Also you have a big supermarket only 10 minutes by walk.

We have just arrived back from this wonderful villa, I think we can say it was our best holiday yet, the villa was fantastic, everthing it said and more with the added bonus of all the art work.Our two seven year olds would say the pool was the best feature, ( I have to say it was sensational), but we enjoyed the proximity of the lovely town of pollensa just a short walk from the villa (an added bonus not mentioned in the advert). We would love to return to this property again.

Beautiful and comfortable villa

We were a bit surprised when we arrived that the villa is connected to the owners property but we needn't have worried because there is total privacy and peace, just as described. We were warmly welcomed, and any queries we had were dealt with immediately.
The villa was modern and well equipped, fantastically clean and was decorated with stunning pieces of sculpture and artwork. The pool area is magnificent, as are the gardens. It is totally peaceful and is in a great situation near Pollensa, you could walk if you wanted to. Pollensa is a lovely town by the way, dont miss it. The supermarket is nearby too. The villa was well cleaned and linen changed twice a week.
We all loved being at the house and it was very relaxing. The pool was very popular with all the family of course, and the little kitten there was a big hit.
We have been renting villas for many years and have many happy experiences of using holiday rentals. This one was the best we have rented, and I have no hesitation in recommending it.
