This superb, detached villa stands in open countryside and has extensive gardens, lawns and orchards within the grounds, which extend to 2 acres. The accommodation comprises of, entrance hallway, spacious living room, large separate kitchen with breakfast area, storage room and dining area. One double bedroom and a family bathroom on the ground floor, gallery landing, two further double bedrooms, one with small balcony, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom and separate balcony having views across open countryside. In addition to the main house there is a separate self-contained cottage style apartment with fitted kitchen, lounge / dining room with a feature fireplace, twin bedroom and separate shower room. Outside, from the covered terrace and patio there are extensive mature gardens with lawns surrounding a large 11m x 5m swimming pool, which has Roman steps. Recently constructed, the villa is of a high standard throughout.

Pollença has the best climate for nature lovers, for playing golf, nautical sports and excursions . The best hikes to make in the North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de María, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and “La Atalaia de Albercutx”. Also the Formentor Peninsula offers some lovely excursions, to the mountains Na Blanca and En Fumat for Example. Or visit one of the isolated bays, such as Cala Boquer, Cala Sant Vicenç or Cala Castell, these you can also find on the peninsular of Formentor.

Approach to villa not very inviting but once in the grounds the garden and pool are lovely.Bathrooms dated and well worn ,but adequate.Kitchen very poorly equipped ,especially to cater for 10 and most things dirty.Furniture in the house was adequate, but poor on terrace.Absolutely nothing left in the house, so be prepared to fully stock supplies!Annexe useful but basic.Best asset is the pool and the weather.Cleaning sevice and linen change much appreciated .Very good location for access to Pollenca town.
Owner's Response: We have a house manager and local representatives for all properties on stand by to attend to any issues that may occur during holidays, no reports were received regarding any disatisfaction or cleaning issues etc., if a report had been made a cleaner would have been sent to inspect and re-do. All cleaning fluids and food stuffs have to be removed at the end of each rental due the risk of contamination or foreign products being put in them, you never know what the guests there before you were like! The kitchens major appliances are as on the advert, the remaining equipment should be sufficient to supply the standard occupancy of the villa (in this case 10 people) and have the standard inventory of other items such as pots and pans, however if a client specifically wants something extra or finds something has been removed or is broken we are a phone call away to supply anyhting you need.

Villa Can Curt, Pollensa - Great place to go!

Hello, last September we went to Villa Can Curt in Pollensa as a party of 11 including a child of 2. What a lovely, clean villa! I would agree that there were ants outside the Villa, but this is quite normal in any hot country. If you had ants inside then you obviously had food lying around. We had the company of a very lovely looking grey and white cat (we called him Jonathon) who was very friendly and was very grateful for any scraps we were able to offer him. The pool was very clean and it was great for our 2 year old son to have the roman style steps taking him gradually into the water. The surrounding area of Pollensa was within easy walking distance and had numerous, very tasty restaurants to suit all pockets. The walk up the 365 steps was tiring but satisfying when you reached the top! We hired a car for under £100 for the week and drove quite a bit around the island - Puerto Pollensa is lovely, has a clean beach, lots of shops and restaurants etc. Alcudia is only 5 minutes away too and boasts a 7 mile long beach which is so family friendly. Villa Can Curt? Yes please, we loved it!

What a great stay!

We stayed at Can Curt at the beginning of September and really had a great stay. If you want to be in the middle of nature, with citrus, apple and grape treas surrounding the area, you have to go here. At night you hear nothing but nature. No cars, no planes, just sometimes a cock who thinks at three o'clock there is sunrise, or a flat mate who jumps in the pool which is lit the whole night. There is also a large BBQ outside. Just five minutes away there is a big supermarket with great fish!
Of course the Villa is not the newest one but it's clean and you'll stay outside all the time anyway... To the center of Pollenca it's just a 15 minutes walk.
If you want to party, you can do so at the house, but Pollenca is not the really the right place for that, it's an old, lovely village with great restaurants.

We can defenetly recommend this wonderfull home.
