Private detached villa, comprising about 190 sq. metres of living space, set in about half an acre of garden, situated in the rural area close to Pto Pollensa. Surrounded on three sides by open farmland and neighbouring one other private villa, we are about 15 minutes' walk into the town. The villa is completely peaceful but convenient, with large lounge, patios, air-conditioned bedrooms and completely modern kitchen with all mod cons.
