This luxury villa is set in 30,000 sq m of open countryside. The popular resort of Puerto Pollensa with its safe sandy beach is just a few minutes drive away. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The villa is surrounded by vineyards, open field and olive groves. The accommodation is on one level with a large entrance hall, master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom to a private side terrace. In addition there are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom to the rear of the building. The spacious lounge / dining room, with feature wood burner, has patio doors to the covered terrace. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV and a Stereo system. There is a large separate well equipped breakfast kitchen benefiting from all modern appliances. A self-contained annex houses a twin bedroom, bathroom and the 'Alfresco dining area with brick-built BBQ and sink unit.

Pollença has the best climate for nature lovers, for playing golf, nautical sports and excursions . The best hikes to make in the North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de María, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and “La Atalaia de Albercutx”. Also the Formentor Peninsula offers some lovely excursions, to the mountains Na Blanca and En Fumat for Example. Or visit one of the isolated bays, such as Cala Boquer, Cala Sant Vicenç or Cala Castell, these you can also find on the peninsular of Formentor.

Just enjoyed a welcome break at this stunning property. Fantastic location and space. Very private, secluded and secure. Kids loved it! The pool and BBQ space is excellent and all the amenities within minutes. Highly recomend and would book again with more friends and family.

Excellent villa. Set in a vineyard with the closest neighbour 100 metres away in a very quite and beautiful spot with the surrounding mountains.

Town and supermarket 5 minutes driveaway.
Sandy Beach 10 minutes away.

Overall excellent villa. Highly recommended.

PS needs new television.
