The beach resorts of Cala San Vincente and Puerto Pollensa are just a few minutes drive away. It is approached by a long private drive and has covered parking areas for two cars.

From the scenic point of view, Pollensa is full of contrasts, and a quite big part of the so-called “Sierra de Tramontana” with its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in most beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea mixes with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees, is situated within its municipality. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are a lot of art galleries and beautiful handcraft shops. During nearly all the year one con enjoy a variety of musical events, among which the most famous ones are those that take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister. The cosmopolitan character is due to the fact that a lot of Europeans have their holiday villa in Puerto Pollensa, and many live permanently in the area. The municipality of Pollensa includes the townships of PORT OF POLLENSA and CALA SANT VICENÇ, two coastal towns with a well-defined and different personalities and settings.

On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge / dinning room and archway to separate fully fitted breakfast / kitchen and laundry room off. In addition at this level there is a family bathroom. The villa is furnished throughout to a high standard in keeping with a typical Mallorca country house. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV, Video recorder and a music system. Accessed externally from the courtyard, further accommodation can be found in a self contained annex having two twin bedrooms and a separate shower room.
