This beautiful villa is located a 10 minutes drive from the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa, which offers a wide selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, and 5 minutes drive from Pollensa a beautiful old town. Attractively furnished in a rustic style, the house is set on two levels and comprises of a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dish-washer etc., a very spacious living room with two sofas, a large dining table and satellite TV, and a utility room with washing machine. The 4 bedrooms consist of 1 double bedroom with on-suite bathroom and 3 twin rooms which share two full bathrooms. Set in peaceful surroundings, the partly covered terrace overlooks the pool (10,5x5,5 m.) and the well kept gardens, and to complete your stay the villa is equipped with a built-in barbecue, sun lounger’s, central heating, private parking and is very suitable for families of all ages.

The villa was lovely, spacious and very clean. The pool and the grounds in particular were beautifully maintained. The views are great and all in all we had a super time. The only problem we had was the water pump in the house which kept us awake for several nights which could be timed ifferently in order to keep the noise down.

Great Villa

We all enjoyed our stay in this large, very clean villa which has lovely views and a large pool. The road in from Pollenca is rather small and twisty and best avoided. The road from the Alcudia direction is much better. Kika can send a picture of this from Google Earth which also helps to find the villa. We needed to take all provisions and the Eroski supermarket in Puerto Pollenca (20 mins drive) near the marina is probably the best. There is a larger one a few Km out of Puerto on the top road which may have barbeque coal, etc although we did not visit it. For families with children it is worth noting that the pool is 1.1 to 2.2 metres deep and the staircase is open. The pool looks great with its lights switched on. For eating out we found the Trio restaurant in Puerto provided good food and service at a reasonable price. Linen is changed mid-week on the Tuesday. We would highly recommend this villa for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Country Villa, near Pollensa.

We visited in May 2007 and had a super time. Location is fine, peaceful. It is not far to the beach or Pollensa, but you need a car. Villa has lots of space and is great for children as lots of outside pace, great sized pool and very secure. Owners were extremely felxible, helpful and friendly while we were there. We are going back in May 2008 again and would recommend the villa to prospective guests.

Fantastic family holiday setting

The Villa was spotlessly clean and well looked after, it was cleaned twice in our two week stay and the bed linen changed.
The views are superb and the pool was a very good size. (Watch out, there was a lot of chlorine in it!). We did have a lot of trouble finding the villa to start with as there was no visible house name from the road, make sure you get detailed directions for the last mile.
I would go back again and recommend it to friends. We had a fantastic family holiday here.
