The property is set in 3 acres of grounds in the countryside between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca, and is ideal for the larger family wanting privacy and peace and quiet. The accommodation is split between the main house and a guest annex, and comprises 4 bedrooms (2 with dressing rooms), 5 bathrooms (4 en-suite), a large lounge, and separate large dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is centrally heated for autumn/winter stays, and a log stove in the lounge provides additional warmth during the winter months. Outside there is a covered terrace for outdoor dining, a barbecue area, a 12m x 6m pool with Roman steps to the shallow end, and enough space to wear out the most energetic of children. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
