Villa Novo Puerto is a well-maintained detached villa located in a residential close, and within a few hundred metres of the delightful sandy beach at Cala Mendia. A good selection of shops, bars and restaurants, also a bank and ATM machine, are all conveniently situated close to the villa and it is possible to spend a holiday here without the use of a hire car, if required. The villa is equipped with air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms, and clients should be aware that a weekly supplement of £40 for the use of this facility will apply for any 2007/ 2008 bookings.The large comfortable lounge, with two new sofas, also has electric heating. The old town of Porto Cristo, with its sandy beach and large marina and the famous caves of Drach are about ten minutes drive away. Also available is a two bedroom, two bathroom town house at the Los Rosales complex 300 metres away and a two bedroom villa with private pool (Casa Bonito.) close to Cala Anguila.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rental rates include all towels, (not beach towels) bed-linen, all mains services. Fifth occupant is possible at £75 per person per week. Cot and High Chair are available at a one-off fee of £25 per week. Please note that cot sheets are NOT provided.
  A supplement of £40 per week will apply if air con/ heating are required
  A none returnable deposit is required at time of booking £250 per booking. Payments by cash, cheque, credit or debit card, direct to our bank account. Balance nine weeks prior to departure.

The house is well maintained and we make improvements and replace equipment as a regular routine. The Porto Cristo area is a pleasant and relatively unspoiled part of Mallorca - more like the real Spain - and a million miles away from the busy 'package tour' resorts around the Palma area.
