The property has been beautifully refurbished. All the rooms have air-conditioning, central heating. Two of the bedrooms have walk in wardrobes. All the bedrooms lead out to there own terraces. The garden has a variety of palm, olive, plum and lemon trees. The villa has been furnished with wonderful teak furniture. It offers a beamed ceiling which is very Mallorquin in both the kitchen and the second bedroom. There is a one bedroom apartment within the grounds of this villa sleeping 3, which is also available for rental, this has its own private above ground pool. The villa is a short walk to the marina approx 10 min walk. The high street of the village of Portals Nous is 10 secs. Private drive with gates. There are 200 meters of terraces around the property. There is a large BBQ terrace with a fixed seating area. Three different areas to dine and a sunbathing terrace, with six sunbeds.

The house has been beautifully refurbished in 2006. A beamed ceiling in the kitchen, hallway and 2nd bedroom. There is a large 30 metre terrace with mosaic Moroccan styled table for 8 persons. To the right another terrace with a glass wrought iron table. The 25 m lounge is on the left, 2 large sofas, satellite tv. Shutters on all the windows to block out light and the heat of the day. All the rooms have air-conditioning. To the right is the twin bedroom, which has patio doors leading on to the front terrace. To the left a double bedroom with en-suite, leading through patio doors to its own terrace. Open plan kitchen/diner with patio doors off to the back terrace, which offers a large seating area and BBQ area on the top terrace. Yes there are an abundance of terraces !!! Off the kitchen is another shower room. Up the stairs, is a large double bedroom with en-suite, with its own private terrace. You are a 7 minute walk from the front door, to the bar at Wellies !!!

Notes: The villa, is two levels. The master bedroom suite has a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom, with its own private large terrace. A downstairs bedroom also has a large walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. All the bathrooms have power showers. The lounge has patio doors which lead on to a large sun terrace. All the bedrooms have patio doors to a large terrace. The kitchen/diner is newly fitted with all the mod cons in a country style, beautiful cream fixtures with a black granite work surface. This kitchen leads onto a wonderful garden terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast al fresco or you can enjoy dining on the two front terraces. There are also external music speakers in the garden for your enjoyment. INTERNET ACCESS - HAS TO BE BOOKED IN ADVANCED - 20 EUROS PER WEEK.

Golfing: Real Golf de Bendinat Golf Course is one of the most prestigious on the island. A challenging Golf Course opened in 1986. Facilities include driving range, putting green, clubs, trolleys, buggies. Pro Shop, bar and restaurant. Green Fees Approx. €60.00. Golf de Andraixt, in Camp de Mar - 18 holes with its challenging lakes within 10 mins. Also, only 15 mins drive is Son Vida Golf. The first course to open on the island in 1964. Accuracy needed on tight fairways with four lakes and plenty of trees. Real Golf de Bendinatis also 10 mins drive. Hilly course with sloping fairways and elevated greens. Mallorca has an all year ideal golfing climate, in all of the clubs you will find all the facilities incl. rental, pro-shop, and restaurants.

Golfing: Santa Ponsa 1 has a wide gently sloping but demanding course with beautiful scenery and water hazards on five holes. It has been used for the Balearic Open (PGA Tour) on several occasions. Tenth hole, 590m par 5 is one of the longest in Europe. Par: 72 Number of Holes: 18 (6.106m) Green Fees: 1st January 2003 - 65 euros. There are 2 other golf courses in Santa Ponsa and many in the surrounding area. Poniente Golf Course is 5 minutes from the apartment.

The villa exceeded our expectations, a real home from home, only better! Immaculate, well furnished, with all our needs catered for. Tina is a wonderful host, ensuring that everything is perfect for her guests. A truly personal touch.
Location is great, an easy stroll to the main street or to the marina. If you have a car there is lots to do in the local area with children. We will definately be returning, we had a fabulous holiday.

excellent villa with every luxury you could wish for, lots of space we had the most wonderful relaxing holiday ever. It is perfectly situated and it is not necessary to have a car as public transport easily accessible. plenty of good restaurants near by and a 10 minute stroll takes you to the port where you can admire the luxurious yachts and fab cars my 14 year old son loved this. Excellent service by the owner who is welcoming and easily appproachable. I would highly recommend this villa.

A very well maintained, clean, spacious and conveniently located home from home. A great welcome from Tina and an excellent explanation of facilities and local services. A good location within easy walking distance of the centre of Portals Nous with its high class marina, bars and restaurants. Very good value for money and we would highly recommend this villa.
