Rustic property in a tranquil setting but within a few minutes walk of the traditional market town of Santa Margalida. This is a comfortable house which is furnished in traditional style with a large covered terrace overlooking the pool. The house is set in its own grounds surrounded by picturesque gardens and is approached along a private drive. It sits approximately 100 metres back from the road. The property is tastefully furnished inside with modern amenities.

Es Puig is about a 3 minute walk to the traditional Spanish village of Santa Margalida, with its large central square surrounded by trees, shops and bars. Here you can enjoy a drink and tapas in a typical Spanish setting. The resort of Can Picafort is only a 7 minute drive away where all of the amenities of a major resort are available. Here also is the fantastic beach extending for numerous miles all the way to Alcudia. A 45 minute drive will take you to the historic city of Palma with its Mediterranean and cosmopolitan atmosphere. Half an hours drive will see you at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains with breathtaking views across the island and out to sea.

Local activities
There is a huge and diverse choice of activities within a stones throw of Es Puig. Whether it is total relaxation, culture or manic activity......all is possible. Golf is particularly well served in Mallorca with 3 beautiful courses within 30 minutes drive. For the kids (big and small) there is a water park, sailing, parascending, bird watching in S'Albufera, bike hire, karting and quad biking in Alcudia (to name but a few) together with nightclubs, bars and restaurants aplenty. Nighttime excursions to SonAmar and Pirates (both are world-class, award-winning shows) can be arranged locally together with a vast array of other activities. We are English and live in Santa Margalida and therefore can offer first hand advice on any aspect of your holiday. Just ask.
