Spacious, well furnished detached villa with its own pool
Our lovely home in Santa Ponsa is available for your summer holiday! Situated in a quiet residential area, near to beaches you would have the luxury of your own pool, and extensive gardens. Steps lead to an upper uncovered terrace offering fantastic views both of the sea and the surrounding hills. A private driveway leads up steps to the spacious dining hall, seating 8 off which is an American kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge etc. There is a plentiful supply of glassware, crockery and cookware you can be totally self sufficient if you wish! A large utility room, houses a freezer and washing machine. Our large attractive lounge gives access to shady terraces furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining and to a comfortable outside lounging area and barbecue. There are two twin bedded rooms, which share a bathroom and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The study has a sofa bed.

Santa Ponsa is a delightful family resort situated on the south west coast of Mallorca, but accessible by the new motorway to the city of Palma and to the rest of this wonderful island. The main beach is both safe and sandy and a haven for children and adults alike. There is a smaller, shady beach nearby and also the beach of El Toro is a short distance by car. The resort offers a multitude of entertainment and within easy distance are the acqua parks, go kart track, mini golf, Marineland and other activities. Mallorca is well known as a golfers paradise and the villa is within easy reach of at least five golf courses. Santa Ponsa Country Club is also a short drive away.
