Can Flauta is a secluded country house set within its own grounds surrounded by almond trees in 7.500 m2 land. Situated in a very peaceful location between the larger town of Inca and the picturesque village of Selva it is an ideal central location to explore the best of what Mallorca has to offer. A perfect location for families the villa is set out on one level and provides spacious accommodation with: three air conditioned double bedrooms (one ensuite); family bathroom; large dining room/lounge; and, a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. There are a number of doors providing easy access to the outside living area; this comprises of a large shaded dining area with a superb in-built barbeque next to a herb and flower garden. This dining area is next to the private swimming-pool (8 x 4 metres) and has magnificent views of Selva and the “Sierra de Tramuntana” (Mountains of North Mallorca).

If you want to experience a holiday away from the beaches of Mallorca,then time spent at Can Flauta is a good bet.The single storey property is pleasing to the minimalist eye, as the modern facade blends into the rural and tranquil setting. The garden and pool area are very spacious and ideal for outdoor living.
Inside the villa is simple and well maintained and the standard of dishwasher, fridge, cooker and washing machine is of a high quality. However if you wish to cook more than basic meals then the kitchen does not have enough oven dishes or storage containers.
The owner provided an excellent and friendly customer
service, on our 2 previous visits. We enjoyed a lovely walk along the Boquer Valley, which is about a 30 minute drive from Can flauta. The market at Inca is an excellent source of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Central and peaceful

We chose this villa because we wanted somewhere that we could use as a touring base but be away from the busy main resorts. It was perfect!

The villa is situated just outside Inca, meaning that you have shops and supermarkets nearby, plus easy access to the motorway and road network. However, the villa is far enough away from the town to feel peaceful and in the countryside. As the villa is centrally located, with a hire car you can get to everywhere you might want to go on the island within 60 to 90 minutes maximum. It is perfectly situated for this. From here we visited Soller, Palma, Porto Cristo, Sa Colobra and Cap de Formentor all really easily. The beach at Alcudia was perfect for our children and was only 20 minutes drive away.

The villa itself was perfect for us and our two young children. The pool was a decent size and has some steps to enter it, which also double as a pleasant seating area to sip a drink whilst relaxing in the pool. The garden of the villa is also a very good size and the property is not overlooked and very private.

Inside we had everything we needed and the property was clean and in a good condition. The lounge area was a good size and had some very nice features - the window overlooking the patio with the view to Selva is beautiful.

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and sorted us out with a travel cot and high chair as soon as we arrived.

We would definitely recommend this villa to those looking for a peaceful retreat, but with excellent access to the rest of the island.

Holidaying at 'Can Flauta'

Can Flauta for us is a perfect holiday location. It is in an idyllic location with magnificent views towards Selva and the mountains. It is set in its own private grounds and as such is lovely and secluded but yet has a choice of supermarkets nearby. We find the location a good central base for exploring much of Mallorca particularly the North.
The property itself is spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms; set on one level it is ideal for us with three little children. We found the space outside for the children to run around and explore a bonus and the pool is a good size; lots of outdoor seating and also shade - great for BBQ's and generally outdoor living. All the property is well maintained with all your home comforts plus more and the pool is cleaned regularly.
We are very much looking forward to our next visit in August. Nicola, Mike, Callum, Millie and Becky

Diese Finca läßt wirklich kein Wünsche offen. Es war alles penibel sauber und es ist an alles gedacht was das Herz begehrt. Der Kühlschrank war für den ersten Abend gefüllt (sogar mit Sekt und Bier) und auch alle Hygieneartikel und die Küchenausstattung sind sehr unfangreich vorhanden. Es ist einfach Erholung pur an seinem eigenen Pool zu sitzen, den wunderbaren Blick aufs Tramuntana Gebirge zu geniessen und sich am Abend auf Barbecue am gemauerten Grill zu freuen. das Grundstück ist riesig und wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen. Auch die Endreinigung ist inclusive und wird von einer professionellen Firma durchgeführt sodaß man auch bei der Abreise keinerlei Streß hat. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sehr nett und die Erholung des Gastes ist oberste Priorität. Wir haben auf jeden Fall schon wieder gebucht und fruen uns wirklich sehr auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.
