This beautiful stone built villa is tucked away in the pretty village of Sineu. This is the perfect choice for those looking for a relaxing escape in an unspoilt, traditional Spanish location. Sineu has an abundance of bars and wonderful restaurants. There is a renowned market every week full of colourful locals selling anything from animals to olives. Maria Merce is a newly built comfortable house with a fantastic swimming pool and the benefit of air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. It is the epitomy of luxury with it's 42' plasma tv and state of the art dvd player which are just a few of the extras this villa has to offer. The upstairs bedroom has a terrace with amazing views and not only has walk in wardrobes but an en-suite bathroom with the most amazing jacuzzi bath. The bedroom upstairs is very large and a screen can be put across and two single beds put in for children if necessary.
