Soller is a most attractive town situated in the stunning Tramantana mountains on the West Coast of Mallorca, famous for its fragrant orange and olive groves. It is also situated only 4km inland from the beaches and shops at Port of Soller which can be accessed easily by the well known tram service. Nearby are the scenic villages of Fornalutx , Deia, and Valldemossa. It is a paradise for walkers, cyclists and ornithologists or alternatively you can sit and watch the world go by in one of the many bars and restaurants in the lovely Town Square.

Notes to the rental rates

  • To confirm your booking, we require a 25% non- refundable deposit of the total cost of the holiday, together with a signed booking form. The balance payment must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the arrival date and is non refundable. In addition, a damage deposit of £100 must be paid at this point, returnable within 2 weeks of your return home if there has been no damage to the villa. It is recommended that adequate travel insurance is taken out to cover cancellation costs.
  • Our preferred changeover day is Saturday, although there is some flexibility in this. Arrival times are from 3pm departure times are 10am.
  • Rates in 2008 are higher due to installation of new pool and bathroom

An excellent outdoor public swimming and tennis centre is 5 minutes walk away from the villa.

Every room is equipped with air conditioning and heating and there is a working fireplace in the lounge. The villa is suitable both for families and groups of friends. Parking is on level ground next to the villa and all doors in the villa are easy-access, double doors. Full access available to the terraces and outdoor eating area next to the villa but lower terraces would be difficult for wheelchair access.
