Sol Isla - Newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartments close to the beach
The Sol Isla apartment complex is set in attractive gardens at the quiet end of the resort. There is a communal pool (with poolside bar) and a children's play area. The stunning beach is a two minute walk from the apartment. There are bars and restaurants nearby that offer snacks or full meals as you wish. A management services office is situated on the complex to deal with any queries that you may have. Also there is a doctor's surgery just across the road and a pharmacy within a minutes walk. Arenal d'en Castell is a family friendly resort located on the north coast of Menorca. It has one of the best and safest beaches on the island due to its location in a sheltered bay. Arenal has a variety of bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. There are several small supermarkets around the resort to supply all your grocery needs also a selection of gift shops, perfume shops, etc. Car hire is not essential as the resort has plenty to offer but we highly recommend hiring a car to visit some of the interesting places on the island, there are several car hire companies within Arenal. There is a bus service that runs to Mahon (the island's capital) also a service that takes you to Fornells, a quaint fishing village further along the coast that has a wealth of restaurants and gift/craft shops. Arenal has a road train that can take you to nearby developments. There are two cash points in Arenal and at least one money changing shop but no banks.
