The apartment is situated on the south coast in a delightful traffic free Menorcan village, a literal 5 minute walk to the beach of Binibeca - with its fine white sands and rich shades of blue crystal clear waters - renowned for its safe bathing. Regular bus and land-train service to Punta Prima (further along the coast) and into the market town of Mahon.Just a mile or so along the beach lies the delightful village of Binibeca Vell - renowned for its superb and fascinating architecture and its boutiques. Car and bicycle hire is available on the complex and the Diving School is situated 300 metres away. There is an excellent variety of restaurants, bistros and wine bars all within easy access of the apartment.

Additional information about rental rates

  • PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A 10% DISCOUNT FOR BOOKINGS OF 2 WEEKS OR MORE.
    Above rates include all linen and towels, but please provide your own beach towels. Changeover day is generally Tuesday however, we are prepared to be flexible where possible. A non-refundable deposit of £100 for the first weeks rental and £50 for each additional week is required to confirm your booking. We would ask for the balance to be paid in full, 6 weeks prior to departure. Please note the apartment will be cleaned and ready for you to occupy by 14.00 on the day of arrival. We would ask that the apartment is vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure, to allow time for cleaning in preparation for the next guests.

Twice as nice !!

My husband and I have recently enjoyed our second wonderful holiday staying in this special Menorcan apartment!
It has been extensively refurbished in the two years in between our visits, and it is such a lovely, smart, clean place to stay, close to the fab beach and great restaurants!
We look forward to our hat-trick of hols !!
Very highly recommended !
Owner's Response: Having owned the apartment for 20 years, it has inevitably become a home from home. However, I always try to be objective and view it through the eyes of guests. In the past 12 months, the bathroom has been refurbished and a washing machine installed together with a completely new fitted kitchen, including dishwasher. Repeat bookings are the best form of endorsement, so a review such as this means the world - to know that other people are enjoying the apartment and loving this beautiful island as I do.

The best holiday in ages!!

Just wanted to say what a fabulous holiday we have all had…..the apartment was clean, cool and just perfect for us all. The bonus was having a balcony big enough to sit out and enjoy the views of the sea, port and sailing boats!

The beach was brilliant, clean, safe and sandy with a fabulous bar for a good drink and a bite to eat after a hard days sunbathing, reading and swimming. As we didn't have a car we explored on foot and found some great sunbathing coves along the rocks towards Binebeca Vell which we couldn’t get enough of in the early mornings when no one was around! Binebeca Vell itself was very picturesque and the restaurants and bars where great there too. We just found the area so perfect we didn’t want to go anywhere else!

A truly wonderfully holiday, thanks so much, as my neck was really on the line if it hadn’t turned out the way you said it would, with two teenagers in tow! Just what it said on the tin!!

So all that’s left for me to say is once again thank you for all your help and sharing your fabulous secret. Hope to get back there again soon!

Upon arrival I was immediately impressed with the combination of a typical Menorcan property with the added bonus of the creature comforts that we all enjoy and hate to live without and they are the newly fitted kitchen and bathroom, thank you! Both fitted to a high standard and all the amenities that you would need, the property throughout was clean and comfortable.

There was a arrival pack when we got there, always useful as we were straight down to the beach!

The walk to the beach was so pleasant and so close, really great and the best was yet to come, yes the beach its self was just stunning, quiet, sandy, clear blue waters, shallow and to top it off the perfect beach restaurant/bar.

Thank you, had a wonderful stay.

Delightful apartment in idyllic location

A friend and I wanted to book a last minute ‘girly getaway’ in Menorca, so we booked this holiday without doing much research on either the apartment or the resort. On arrival at the apartment we soon realised that we well and truly landed on our feet!!!

The apartment was bright, airy and very clean with a completely new fitted kitchen and bathroom. It suited our needs as one of us had the double bedroom, and the other slept in the twin room. There was a lovely balcony that overlooked the sea where we often sat in the evening, drinking wine into the wee small hours!

We had hired a car as we wanted to explore the island, however, if you didn’t have a car there was everything that you’d need within walking distance – about 4 or 5 restaurants, a bar, a bakery, and a general store. The beach is literally a five minute walk away – I do not like lying on a towel directly on the sand so I was more than happy to see that the beach had full facilities including sunbeds, umbrellas, toilets and a beach bar/restaurant.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a peaceful place to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the Menorcan sunshine.

Highly recommended accommodation

My husband, myself and our teenage son stayed in this accommodation for two weeks at the end of August/beginning of September 2008. The apartment was clean, very well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and close to the local supermarket, restaurants and within a five minute walk of the beach. We had a wonderful time on this beautiful island and would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from it all. The resort of Binibeca is very quiet and family orientated - no loud karaoke bars or english pubs - just wonderful. The capital, Mahon, is easily accessible by local transport and only costs 1.5 euros on the bus - great value for money!
