The property is on the popular Siesta Mar One Complex, set in beautifully maintained gardens with a large well maintained pool and a good quality Children's play area. Siesta Mar is close to the steps that lead down to the spacious sandy Calan Porter beach (It can also be accessed by car) or on the novel Calan Porter train service. Restaurants and bars are just a few minutes walk away. The apartment has Satellite TV and a good quality Audio System. The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge including large freezer box, Gas Oven and Microwave. The apartment is on the first floor with easy access stairs. There are two balconies, one accessed from lounge and the other from the bedrooms.

Calan Porter is about 10 minutes drive from Mahon Airport. It is a small but lively resort with a beautiful sheltered beach which normally enjoys a cooling breeze; Close by is the charming Spanish large village of San Climente. Shops both in San Climente and Calan Porter include supermarkets chemists etc and suit most peoples needs. There is a frequent bus service to the capital Mahon and the journey takes about twenty minutes.
