Sitting room with large shaded front balcony. Upper sun deck. Swimming Pool shared with lower apartment Rear balcony accessed from the two double bedrooms. Shared ground floor utility room with washing machine.

The chalet is situated in the front line, overlooking rocks and the sea, a 10 minute walk to the beach. Cala Blanca is a small resort consisting mainly of assorted villas & chalets, and a sandy beach with pine trees, sunbeds & parasols. There are numerous restaurants and bars, several overlooking the beach and others within 50 metres of the chalet. There is a free swimming pool 150 metres away and another (also free) next to the beach . Cala Blanca has a reasonable range of local shops, including supermarkets and gift shops. It is close to the Cathedral town of Ciutadella. Walk to the Cala Blanca beach or bus, drive or sail to a selection of the numerous other Menorcan beaches. Bus connections to Ciutadella and Cala'n Bosch. A visit to Ciutadella is a must for it's charm, markets, shops, bars, restaurants, museums and harbour.
