This modern duplex arranged over two floors, is situated in the residential area of Santa Ana just minutes away from the pretty harbour of Calas Fons. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished together with air conditioning. The open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge area leads to a terrace where one can relax and enjoy the background view to the entrance of Mahon harbour. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds with a separate complete bathroom. The upstairs gallery bedroom has a double bed and en suite complete bathroom with it's own private terrace overlooking the country side. There is a communal swimming pool with garden area and has it's own parking space for one car.

The duplex is available from 14.00 hrs and must be vacated by 10.00 hrs on day of departure. Bookings are from Friday to Friday.

We found it a wonderful apartment. Very clean and tidy with everything we needed and more. We would like to thank the owners for providing such a wonderful setting for our holiday (Nick & Linda). We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was lovely. (Gillie). We had a lovely week in Es Castell. Please tell Rosana how much we enjoyed staying at herr lovely duplex. It was spotless and we admired the decor, in fact we will probably try to arrange 2 weeks next June if it is available (Hugh & Elizabeth). Wonderful accommodation, it really was perfect, so beautifully decorated and thoughtfully kitted out with all the bits and bobs you could ever need. Especially in the kitchen, it felt like we were staying in someone’s home and that made all the difference. We would be looking to return next year if not sooner, many thanks. Emma Preston
