This beautiful coast line privately owned Spanish property is located directly on the southern coast in Sol Del Este (a neighbouring town of Es Castell), boasting three twin bedrooms, bathroom, lounge/dining area and a separate kitchen. To the rear of the property, there are well maintained pretty communal gardens. To the front of the property, it has a large private terrace with beautiful sea views and below the apartment is a rocky cove with terraces overlooking the mouth of the estuary, which leads to the Port of Mahon. Within Sol Del Este, there is a small selection of restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The property is also within walking distance of the nearby town of Es Castell, where there is a wider selection of shops, tapas bars and restaurants, local bus routes, along with the towns local port, Calas Fons. The transfer time to the apartment from Mahon airport is about 15 minutes.

Escape the crowds, and find peace and tranquillity on the South coast of Menorca. Es Castell is within walking distance from Sol Del Este, and being the most easterly town in Menorca, it is the first to get the morning sun. The town is steeped in military history, which can still be seen today in its architecture. The most obvious is the central square. Es Castell has plenty to offer its visitors, with its local port, Calas Fons, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. There are market days twice per week, and the Fiesta De San Juame takes place at the end of July. Most of the bars and restaurants are situated around the two coves Calas Fons and Calas Corp. A short distance from Es Castell, is the capital of Menorca, Mahon. Mahon has one of the largest natural harbours in the world, which is a stunning 5km in length. The port is relaxing by day and bustling by night. The town of Mahon is a maze of narrow cobbled streets, with a number of pleasant squares, and much more.
