Arranged over two floors, with a large sunny balcony with sea views leading into comfortable lounge and dinning room. TV/DVD player with stock of films. Upstairs, master bedroom , twin bedroom and family bathroom (& seperate wc downstairs). Fully fitted kitchen including washing machine & microwave. Many child friendly features. Two swimming pools (one with child pool) in attractive patio and garden area. Private, Secure Parking. 5 mins walk to lovely local cove. 2 mins from the pretty harbour of Cales Fonts (Good Restaurants), 2km from Mahon. Close to lots of beautiful beaches, fishing villages and attractions. Please note: Friday Usual Change Over Days. 'We had such a fantastic holiday. Thanks, we had a great holiday. The place and the Apartment were fabulous. Your guide of things to do was really helpful – we loved the beaches – in particular Es Grau – we went there 3 times. The car company you recommended was really good too. I expect you’ll hear from us again – and we’ve recommended it to our friends. It was the first time that we have done this independent thing, and it has worked really well and was really easy. Thanks again.

The description given was very accurate and more than lived up to expectations. The property was very clean and well maintained. Customer service, both from the owner and the staff, was excellent. I felt they co-operated extremely well when the flight was changed to an earlier day. The owner's representatives were friendly and efficient. I would certainly recommend the property to a friend. One of the successes of the holiday was the centrality of the apartment - it seemed a hundred yards away from restaurants, supermarket, bus stop, and local entertainments

Right from the beginning of my enquiries the owner couldn't have been more helpful. As I expected this showed in little details in the apartment which really made our holiday, dvds, cool bag, books, even a bucket and spade!!! The apartment block was quiet and clean, pools great, kitchen well equipped, only minor disappointment is that balcony only has a side view of the sea. Cales Fonts is 5 mins walk away and a pretty place to watch the world go by or try to spot fish. We enjoyed being so close to Mahon for daytime pottering and a wider choice of restaurants. Ciutadella was beautiful, Es Grau beautiful. We really had a lovely time and highly recommend a visit.
