Exclusive private apartment overloooking Son Bou beach

Located at the top of a pine clad hillside with panoramic views over the magnificent beach of Son Bou and to Mallorca beyond, J3 is situated in a quiet complex of 49 privately owned apartments. The swimming and baby pools for the exclusive use of residents are located approximately 15 metres behind. J3 has an open and a partially covered terrace with outside shower overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens. Inside there is a kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, combination microwave oven, hob. A combination TV/video and separate DVD/video player are available for playback as well as satellite TV. Bedrooms have ceiling fans & built in wardrobes. One of the wardrobes houses a safe. There is a bathroom and separate shower-room, both newly refurbished. The lounge area has a sofa bed, which can sleep two people. This small resort has many restaurants and bars suitable for families of all ages. A new bowling alley was built in 2006.

Son Bou is on the south coast of the island, just 15 minutes drive from Mahon airport. The resort has been developed very carefully with families in mind. It has facilities for adults and children of all ages as well as having a large reedbed adjacent to the sea, populated by a range of birds throughout the year. There are restaurants and bars to suit most tastes as well as a couple of discos.

Local activities horse riding, water skiing, sailing, wind-surfing, swimming, tennis
