This first floor apartment benefits from a balcony area with beautiful views overlooking the golf course. It comes complete with barbeque, sunloungers and table and chairs. The pleasant and bright apartment comprises: living/dining room which is comfortably furnished with 2 sofa’s, dining table and 4 chairs, satellite TV (free to view channels only), Flat screen TV, DVD player and CD/radio music system. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven/hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, iron/ironing board and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils. There are 2 bedrooms which are fitted with ceiling fans. The master has a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes and a modern full en-suite bathroom. The second has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes and uses a further shower room/WC. The apartment shares a large private pool which is exclusive to residents and guests of Green Park Apartments. The apartment benefits from designated parking.

Son Parc is a small and fairly quiet resort located between the picturesque fishing village of Fornells and the more lively resort of Arenal d’en Castell. Set against some beautiful pine-clad hills, Son Parc is an ideal destination for a family holiday and is ideally placed to explore the rugged northern coastline of Menorca. The lovely sandy horseshoe shaped beach at Son parc is a 20 minute walk or a 3 minute drive away. It has a first aid post and lifeguards who patrol the beach. Local shops, restaurants and bars are a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is a 2 minute walk away from the golf club house. The golf complex has an 18 hole course, driving range, tennis courts, bar and restaurant. Journey time from the airport is approximately 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful location opposite the golf course. It is well maintained and well equipped.
The owner was friendly and helpful and sent out an information pack which contained information about the apartment which was useful.
This apartment is perfect for anyone in search of a peaceful, relaxing holiday. We loved Menorca and the location of this apartment and would like to return again.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday staying in this apartment. The views are fantastic and we enjoyed having several BBQ's on the balcony watching the sun go down. The apartment was clean and well equipped, there was even a selection of games to play. The pool was great and we had it all to ourselves on several occasions. Will recommend this apartment to family and friends and we look forward to booking again.
