This beautiful garden chalet is set in grounds of 2,000m. Although the chalet is only 40sq m it has the advantage of a very large garden and pool (8x4m) which is private and solely for your use. The owners have a cassetta in the grounds,so are on hand for any information,or problems that may occur.It is ideal for people who enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside. The garden contains rose beds, flowering bushes, fruit trees, palm trees, large lawned areas, sun terraces and is surrounded on all sides by mature trees or fencing, affording a high degree of privacy. Perfect for artists. The garden has lots of wildlife. Birds, tortoise and lizards. Superbly situated 20 min drive from the airport (but not on the flight path) the village ofTrebaluger is between the towns of San Lluis and the pretty port of Es Castell. Many other resorts are within easy reach and the capital Mahon 15min away by car.

Trebaluger is a residential urbanisation, in between the town of San Lluis and the port of Es Castell. It is a quiet rural area, but is within easy reach of the airport, the capital Mahon, and many beautiful beach resorts. There are several lovely walks that can be taken from the chalet, or cycle direct from the chalet, as the road is a designated cycle path. There is also an abundance of local restaurants and shops.

Notes: The main room is open plan and contains a king size bed with ample clothes space for 2 people. There is a dining area for 2. The kitchenette has a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave, with further cooking facilities outside in a garden kitchen. The barbeque and 3 ring hob and outdoor seating are ideal for al fresco dining. There is a separate shower room with a shower cubicle,wash basin and toilet.

Garden etc.: The extensive gardens consist of large lawned areas, fruit trees, rose beds, palm trees, and terraces. The grounds are gated and surrounded by mature trees, so are very private. The owners have a cassetta within the grounds, so are on hand for any problems you may have. However, their cassetta is completely separate, so giving you your privacy. There is an excellent supermarket only 2 minutes drive away, where they cater for the English clients.

Car and airport: We can arrange for a hire car if you wish and also arrange to welcome you at the airport and escort you to Trebaluger.

Other Activities: bowling, cricket, bird watching.

We have visited menorca many times with our children, but this year we wanted a peaceful relaxing holiday and took the opportunity to visit Liz & Arthers chalet,they proved to be excellent friendly hosts and were not intrusive but always on hand if anything was required,on our arrival there was an excellent welcome package,the chalet was clean and well proportioned,with all amenities in good working order. that`s the mechanics, now for the holiday, the pool is excellent and clean, the grounds are colourful and pleasant with plenty privacy for sun bathing,barbies, etc.Although it`s a little of the beaten track you can easily get around the various tourist spots if you so require of course a you will need to hire a car.proof of pudding, will we go back? no doubt about it, so if you are viewing this holiday chalet and wondering if, then dont, do yourself a favour and book it you will not be dissapointed.from Ian & Anne visited july 09

This really was a delightful place to stay.The owners were lovely hosts- thoughtful, helpful and friendly. The chalet was clean and well appointed, gardens were beautiful and the pool was brill. The property is in a rural setting which made it very relaxing but means that a car is a necessity.
