A beautiful renovated old farmhouse in an isolated spot near the sea.
This old farmhouse is perfect for at least three families to share. All the bedrooms are located off a very large first floor hallway. The three master bedrooms to the front of the house have a long balcony. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/dinner with gas range, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge/freezer. However, you may not choose to eat in the kitchen as you have a choice of two other dining areas. One inside and the other outside under the wonderful arched terrace. There is a large sitting room with two sitting areas; one for the tv and video and the other for relaxing and reading. Outside there are several terrace areas for relaxing and a large child proof terrace with swimming pool and loungers. The old barn by the pool has been converted into a games room area with table tennis. Tennis can also be played on the private court next to the house.

Bini Dali De Sa Cala is located at the south east end of the island of Menorca. The house is less than 15 mins. drive from the capital Mahon with its excellent shopping facilities and night life. There is also the magnificent Mahon harbour for sailing. The airport is only 15 mins drive.
