Dream farmhouse set in 11 acres of farmland just 7KM from Mahon and 5KM to the nearest beach, this magnificent 200 year old farmhouse has stunning views from every window. One of the best houses on the island this is luxury living, with its 12m pool, tennis court, self contained apartment and beautiful gardens. This is the perfect family holiday home where tranquility is assured yet it is within easy reach of the magificent harbour of Mahon with its bars, restaurants and shops. The house can be rented with or without the apartment and the apartment is never let separately from the house when, ensuring total privacy. The house and its location make it ideal for all ages, for little ones who want to play in safety or play on the beach of Es Grau, teenagers who want the night life of the port and adults who want relaxation and fun. Central heating ensures a cozy warmth in the winter months making it an ideal rural escape in the quiet season such as Christmas and the New Year.

The property is decorated to a very high standard, yet simply. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room with double sink unit, a second double bedroom with en suite shower, two twin bedded rooms with shared bathroom. On the first floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and there is a study area. On the ground floor is a large living room with white sofas with a games room leading off it. The kitchen area has a small dining table which seats six. It is a very well equipped kitchen suitable for entertainment cooking. The main feature of the house is the covered terrace which overlooks the pool and the garden with a large dining table which can seat up to 14 people and a large serving table and gas barbecue. There is an area for relaxed seating. The apartment consists of a kitchen/living area and the bedrooms are a double and twin, both with en suite bathrooms. Golf: The Son Parc Golf Club is a 15 minute drive from the house. It is an 18 hole course and fairly challenging. Facilities include a golf range, putting and pitching greens, professional teaching. There are also tennis courts available. The lovely beach of Son Parc is very close.

Sta Maria Magdalena offers everything you would wish for for that perfect holiday and more. From the moment we arrived we were amazed at the little touches that Clare had made to ensure our stay was more pleasurable.

The pictures do not do this villa justice. Peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to civilisation when you ran out of prawns for the BBQ! Stunning beaches just minutes away in the car, the location could not have been better.

The property was clean and well serviced and we have already recommended both Menorca and Sta Maria Magdalena to friends for a peaceful retreat, on the edge of luxury.

Nothing but good words to say about Clare and Sta Maria Magdalena. Thank you.
