Dream farmhouse set in 11 acres of farmland just 7KM from Mahon and 5KM to the nearest beach, this magnificent 200 year old farmhouse has stunning views from every window. One of the best houses on the island this is luxury living, with its 12m pool, tennis court, self contained apartment and beautiful gardens. This is the perfect family holiday home where tranquility is assured yet it is within easy reach of the magificent harbour of Mahon with its bars, restaurants and shops. The house can be rented with or without the apartment and the apartment is never let separately from the house when, ensuring total privacy. The house and its location make it ideal for all ages, for little ones who want to play in safety or play on the beach of Es Grau, teenagers who want the night life of the port and adults who want relaxation and fun. Central heating ensures a cozy warmth in the winter months making it an ideal rural escape in the quiet season such as Christmas and the New Year.

Though in a rural location this magnificent house is just ten minutes from the busy port of Mahon with its bars and restaurants, making it ideal for all ages. The property is decorated to a very high standard yet simply. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with double sink unit, a second double bedroom with ensuite shower, two twin bedded rooms with shared bathroom. On the first floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and there is a study area. On the ground floor is a large living room with white sofas with a games room leading off it. The kitchen area has a small dining table which seats six. It is a very well equipped kitchen suitable for entertainment cooking. The main feature of the house is the covered terrace which overlooks the pool and the garden with a large dining table which can seat up to 14 people and a large serving table and gas barbecue. There is an area for relaxed seating. It place of peace and beauty offering a holiday for everyone.

Golf: The Son Parc Golf Club is a 15 minute drive from the house. It is an 18 hole course and fairly challenging. Facilities include a golf range, putting and pitching greens, professional teaching. There are also tennis courts available. The lovely beach of Son Parc is very close.

Having been regular visitors to Ibiza for a number of years, this summer we decided to try Menorca. We discovered this amazing house online and from the moment we arrived enjoyed the most perfect family summer holiday. The photos on the website do not do the house justice, tt has been beautifully renovated and furnished making a stunning home rather than the normal rental property. It was immaculately clean and the owners notes for the house and local area extremely helful. The added benefit of the beautiful pool, gardens and tennis court kept everyone busy and as we were 2 families taking the apartment as well meant that we all had lots of our own space. We all really enjoyed exploring Menorca and will have to think very hard about whether to return to Ibiza next year or not...
