Golf and tennis on the doorstep: The apartment shares a large pool with its private neighbours. It is on the 18 hole golf course which is open all year and also has 2 tennis courts. There is a set of golf clubs in the utility room.
It is only a 20 minute flat walk (5 minute car drive) from the beach - clear, shallow water ideal for children, wind surfing and snorkelling. Lovely area for walks. Pony trekking is available nearby.
Son Parc is small and low key - there is a holiday complex with its own entertainment in Son Parc centre, but the apartment is in a very quiet area. Hiring a car is strongly recommended - anywhere on the island can be reached in less than an hour. Es Mercadal, Ferriers and Allaior (market towns); El Toro (highest hill with monastery); Fornells and Addaia (harbours); Mahon and Cuitdella (main towns); pre-historic settlements and burial places; too many beaches to mention. The golf club is on the doorstep with driving range and tennis courts - full 18 holes and open all year.

Well equipped and perfect location with the pool so close and the beautiful beach only a couple of minutes drive away. I’d say Son Parc as a resort is ideal for a young family #we have a two-year old# who don’t want loads of rowdy bars but just a quiet break away from it all. I’d not been to Menorca before but was really surprised how unspoilt it is compared to many Spanish resorts. Food at the golf club was also really good, very reasonable and only a short walk – we went there a few times.
