This delightful 3-bedroom villa, sleeping 6, with air conditioning and internet access, has a shared pool and is within a short walking distance to a superb sandy beach, supermarkets, good restaurants/bars and a doctor’s. There are small private gardens back and front with full patio furniture and 4 sunbeds provided. The villa is fully equipped for 6 people with an excellent kitchen including electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Downstairs contains a twin bedroom, shower and toilet and a large living/dining room with 2 comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD/ CD player. Dining table for 6. Double patio doors open to a covered terrace with built-in BBQ. Upstairs are one double and one twin bedroom and family bathroom with bath and shower. Large balconies open back and front to give a lovely through breeze. The house is ideal for all families/groups of friends. The property is managed by a local management company with emergency contact number given.

Arenal D'en Castel is small resort on the North side of the Island. The beach is a magnificent sandy horse-shoe facing West for wonderful sunsets. It is safe for children as it is shallow and warm with lifeguards on site. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to suit everyone but no late nightclubs. The Island is designated 'Biosphere' which protects the environment and has more beaches than Ibiza and Majorca put together. It has a very interesting history from 4000BC neolithic sites to the forts built by the British and Spanish in the 18th & 19th Centuries. Both Mahon and Cuitadella are very interesting citiies to visit - a boat ride round Mahon harbour is a must! Menorca is also famous for its shoe and leather industry and is also known for its local gin and cheese making. There are two good waterparks and since the recent upgrading of the road system it is very safe & easy to visit all parts of the island wth nowhere being more than approximately 40 minutes away.

This 3 bedroomed villa sleeps 6 people. There are both fans and air conditioning available. The property is ideal for all ages particularly those with young children - the pool is separated by a small hedge for added safety with a toddler pool also available and a high chair, changing mat and travel cot (without sheets) are in the property, The property is also ideal for families with older children/groups of friends going on holiday - it is within walking distance of all the restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. There is a weekly maid service for those guests staying longer than 1 week. There are 4 Sun loungers provided and patio furniture both on the front and back patios. For peace of mind an emergency number is provided through our management company. A small food pack is provided on arrival for our guests.
