A small but fully equipped detached villa in a quiet corner of Calla’n Porter. There is a covered patio for outdoor dining and private roof area ideal for sunbathing. The grounds have many trees providing plenty of shade. There are shops, bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk from the villa in the centre of Calla’n Porter but none in close proximity.

Getting there & car hire: Calla’n Porter is a 20 min drive from the airport and is well served by taxis. Cars can be hired at the airport or in Calla’n Porter. On & off road (quiet cul de sac) parking is available at the villa. There is a bus service from Calla'n Porter to the capital, Mahon. Car hire is not essential unless travel around the island is required.

The area: There are shops, bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk from the villa in the centre of Callan Porter but none in close proximity. The villa is in a quiet holiday area.

The villa: The villa is a small, fully equipped, detached property in it's own grounds. It has many trees around it, providing plenty shade. There is a roof patio for private sunbathing & a covered terrace for outdoor dining.
