Beautiful, spacious villa superbly furnished and equipped
Villa Nina is an immaculate, spacious villa that was completed in 2005. The villa is fully equipped with top quality appliances including satellite TV and DVD and has been superbly furnished in a contemporary Spanish style. The property is in a quiet road of established private villas and houses but is only 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village and also close to the picturesque yacht harbour. From the roof terrace and master bedroom there are beautiful views along the Cala Moli inlet and across to the fishing village of Na Macaret. With its south facing, sheltered patio with awning and sun umbrellas, kidney shaped pool and large roof terrace ideal for sunset drinks, the villa is a great base for family activity holidays or just for pool-side relaxation. From Addaia you can also easily explore Menorca's beautiful rugged coastline with its hidden beaches. The villa is ideal for 2 families sharing, but should you be a small party (under 6 people) do ask us for special rates.

Addaia is a small village with good facilities, a picturesque yacht harbour and stylish residential properties, on the north-east coast of the island. Addaia's harbour is one of the few yacht havens on the north of the island and its narrow sheltered bay extends some 3kms inland. The bay gives rise to hidden treasures such as the coves of S'Enclusa and Montgofre which are only accessible by boat. Villa Nina is on a quiet road of individual properties which winds down from the centre of the village towards the yacht harbour. Opposite is a wooded area with steps leading down to a pathway running along the Cala Moli inlet. The village centre with its good quality restaurants, bars and shops is only a 5 minute walk away, so no need to get the car out at night! In the other direction there is a charming walk along Cala Moli and to the yacht harbour with its small cantina where you can while away an hour or two sipping a beer and watching the boats!

Addaia
Addaia's peaceful and beautiful location mean that the village is a holiday resort and weekend retreat for both Spanish and British families. Many properties are occupied year round so there is a community feeling even in the less popular holiday months. There are a variety of good quality restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets providing most holiday needs. The small bar at the harbour is great for snacks and a beer or two while you watch nautical goings on! If you fancy exploring on the water consider renting a dinghy from the local chandlery, Nautica Puig.
The Area
The nearby resorts of Na Macaret, Coves Noves and Arenal d'en Castell are all within walking distance or a short drive (or even boat ride) from Addaia. All have more shops , bars and restaurants and at Arenal there is a beautiful long gently-shelving sandy beach. Slightly further (approx 13kms) is the chic resort of Fornells with its fishing harbour and many seafood restaurants and attractive shops. Addaia is within easy reach of the capital, Mahon, and other towns and beaches are readily accessible by car. The road system in Menorca is very well maintained and signed and driving is a real pleasure.
Sporting Activities
Diving in the area is superb - some of the best in the Med.- and there are excellent dive centres in Addaia (Ulmo Diving) and at Fornells ( Dive Center Fornells). Both offering quality diving for all levels from the first-timer upwards. Visibility in the crystalline waters often exceeds 30 metres and there are fascinating rock formations and caverns all along the north coast with plenty of sea life. The dives from Fornells are often to the Marine Reserve to the west of the harbour. Golf is available at Son Parc (7kms from Addaia) on the picturesque and challenging course which has now been extended to 15 holes, with a further 3 to be added in 2005. The clubhouse has a good range of snacks in an attractive bar. Horseback riding is available at the school 5kms from Addaia at the Son Parc turning. For the best windsurfing, dinghy sailing and kayaking on the island go to Fornells where all these activities take place in Fornells Bay. Water skiing is available at Arenal.
