A beautiful villa, situated on a large sized plot(1350 sq.m.), approxiamtely 100 meters from the sea. Beach, restaurants and shops within 10-15 minutes walk. The villa contains 4 double bedrooms, of which one has its own entrance. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and terrace. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms, one with bath/shower and one with shower. Two large halls, spacious lounge/dining room opening towards the main terrace, which is partly covered. A well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. Washing machine on a separate patio outside the kitchen. The property has a very well mantained garden, with large size pool and pool terrace, including barbecue and pool furniture.

Location of villa

The villa is located in a quiet area of Binibeca, where all properties are fairly large and well kept. Still, within walking distance, there are several restaurants and shops. One of the most beautiful beaches of the island is also easily reached by foot.

Binibeca

Binibeca is an urbanization on the southeastern tip of the island and considered one of the best for baeuty as well as tranquility. An excellent area both for adults, wishing a relaxing holiday, and for children to have fun.

Shopping and excursions

For more serious shopping, the village of San Luis is about 5km away and the capital Mahon, with its absolutely fantastic natural harbour, about 8km away. In Mahon you will also find a good slection of reataurants and many of them are located on the 'Paseo' along the harbour front. To experience this fantastic island with its many beaches and coves, it is recommended to rent a car, at least for a few days.
