Villa 62, is a 4 bedroom-detached villa. Set in the unspoiled Island of Menorca at the popular resort of Binebeca. Well situated approximately 15 km from the airport. 4 Bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk beds). Satellite TV. Built in BBQ. Washing Machine, dishwasher, microwave, lawned gardens, private drive, large heated swimming pool. The resort boasts one of the prettiest beaches on the Island. Local shops and restaurants are situated within 100 yards from the villa. A short walk of no more than 10 minutes reaches the beach (800 yds). Cots and high chairs available. Terracing, Superb sea views from the sun roof. Prices based on 6 persons sharing. Max occupancy 8. The villa was recently completely refurbished with a new kitchen, bathrooms, floor tiles, groundwork’s, and furniture. The max occupancy will be 8. Swimming pool has heater making swimming lovely all year.l.

Binibeca is a lovely unspoilt area in the south-east, predominantly private villas. No high rise hotels. There are shops, cafes and numerous restaurants all within easy walking distance. A beautiful safe sandy beach is 800mtrs away. The capital Mahon is 15 mins by car or bus and the airport about 20 mins.

  • During winter season villa can be rented for long term rental at £400-£500per month excluding utility bills
  • The pool heater is switched on for 8 hours during the night. For those who want the heater on full time please add £50pw. ON THE POOL HEATING CHARGE

Notes: Swimming pool has shallow and deep end. Recently this villa had a total reformation which will included new bathrooms, kitchen, floors, furniture, electrics and UPVC windows. The pool is heated. The owners would rather only six persons plus a baby in the cot stay in the villa to ensure it remains in pristine condition.

Notes to those who complain!: Sad tas it is I had a very bad experience last year with a family that complained about everything. As a result please take the folwoing advice about the villa. 1. If you want total privacy where no one could possibly see you. Go to a desert island. 2. Private pool means privet for use of the villa only, it doesnt mean private so no one can hear you in it, see you in or suspect you are in it. 3. There are other villas in the area, I don not know whether they will be occupied at the time you want to go on holiday, their owners dont share that information with me. 4. If they are occupied the people may not speak English, there could be a strong possibility that they may be Spanish. 5. The villa is around 300 yards from the sea. It is not on the sea shore.( I havent actually got my tape out and measured it). 6. What other people do on their land and villas is their business not mine, look for desert islands again!

Still for the complainers: 7.The photos on the site are representation of opinion not fact (for the legally minded). 8.I am not responsible for what birds do around the villa or in the pool (thats what the pool cover is for and the net). 9. Ants like the sun and dead insects. They also inhabit the area.So do lizzards, spiders and other little crteatures. 10.Sometimes it gets hot at night! 11.Unfortunateley you cant lie in bed and see the sea. 12.Suncream caused the pool to go cloudy, thats what the shower is for. 13. My agent Nigel is not a full time holiday rep! 14. If you have specific needs, requests about the facilities, or anything you expect there to be, tell me before you book. For those who are used to independent villa holidays and my numerous clients who return year after year and know what to expect in a private villa,enjoy yourselves again. For the others please dont book my villa Benidorm is not far away. Patrick
