This luxury villa,located in the S'Atalaya area of Binibeca, is set in its own attractive garden and has lovely sea views. The house is beautifully furnished and very well equipped having been a family second home and is decorated to a high standard with air conditioning throughout. It is located in a quiet street with only one neighbour nearby and within walking distance of Cala Torret, Binibeca which has several restaurants, shops and cafes. There is a large swimming pool and spacious patios for alfresco dining with a barbeque area and a grassed area of garden. During low and mid seasons the pool heating can be turned on at an extra charge.

Nearest Beach: beach at 500 Kilometres
Binibeca is within twenty minutes' drive of Mahon the capital and its spectacular harbour lined with restaurants and shops and it is also well placed for visiting the many small coves and beaches along the south coast. There is a diving school in Cala Torret and more watersports nearby in S'Algar. The beach at Binibeca is one of Menorca's most popular with a safe sandy beach and a very good restaurant/bar open all day. There are sun loungers and parasols available for rent here.
