The house is just 100 metres from the sea, on a quiet residential road in Binissafuller (near Sant Lluis), one of the South East coast's longest established and greenest settlements. Just beyond the bottom of the garden a deep rocky inlet provides wonderful snorkeling in clear turquoise waters. Next to this, a small natural harbour is overlooked by a charming bar/restaurant that serves excellent fresh fish. More restaurants and shops can be found in Binibeca Vell, 10 minutes walk away. Binisafuller beach is 10 minutes walk in the other direction. Mahon and the Airport are a 15 minute drive.

At the rear of the house bedrooms 2 and 3 share the main bathroom, again a self contained space for a family. At the far end of the house, bedroom 4 has an en suite bathroom with shower, loo and basin and is an ideal retreat for older guests or young romantic couples. All bedrooms have electric fans.

All rooms have electric fans. The house is built on one level although the patio is split level. Ramps are available for wheelchairs but interior doors are too narrow for wheel chairs to pass through so only the master bedroom is accessible to wheelchair users. Cots and high chairs are not provided but can be hired by previous arrangement. There is an ironing board, iron and a hairdryer. Long term renters are welcome for the winter months - November to March only, low monthly rents negotiable for this period.
