Our modern villa stands in 1/4 acre of landscaped gardens and enjoys uninterrupted panoramic country views. At the rear of the property is an extensive lawn and the gardens have been planted with many shrubs and trees. The villa is surrounded by hedges giving privacy and seclusion. Shops, restaurants and bars are a mile away, and Mahon and beaches are 5 and 15 minutes drive away

Absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for a complete getaway and total relaxation. The villa is not overlooked by anyone, with an unbroken view across shrubland from the garden and all the rooms have French windows opening out onto the pool. The location, in a quiet residential street, is ideal for access to many local beaches and villages and the nearby village of St Climent has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We definitely plan to book again

A nice week in Benixica

In June, with the weather a pleasant sunny mid 70's,
my Wife, her mum and I, had a very pleasant time in the
Villa in Benixica.
The villa is a little dated but this was not a problem for us.
The pool and its surrounds are lovely. Athough a little
out of the way, with a car most places are very easily reached. We mostly dined in Cala n Porter which is only
ten minutes away from the villa.
There was an excellent welcome pack upon our arrival.
My wife would like to see a microwave oven added to
the kitchen!
For our needs, the villa was ideal and we would certainly consider renting again.
