This imposing detached villa is located in an enviable position. The spacious accommodation, which is nicely furnished and well equipped throughout consists, on the ground floor of an entrance hallway, comfortable lounge, split-level dining room and a separate fully fitted kitchen with breakfast area. There are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom on this level. Stairs lead up from the hallway to the master twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony, having lovely sea views. Outside, double doors from the lounge give access to a large covered terrace with a brick built barbeque making it ideal for ‘Alfresco’ dining. The 7m x 5m kidney shaped swimming pool, which benefits from a sectioned off children’s pool and has a poolside shower, is set in a spacious sun terrace surrounded by well-kept, mature gardens and lawns. Patio furniture, parasols and sun beds are provided.

The lovely resort of Cala Galdana is located on the south coast of the island and is centred around one of the most beautiful pine clad bays on the island. The large horseshoe shaped bay of Cala Galdana with crystal clear waters and gently shelving pale gold sand is ideal fro families. A small wooden bridge over the river, which flows out to sea, makes a most picturesque setting. From here it is possible to walk along the headland and explore through the pine forests. Cala Galdana holidays offer something for everyone; whether you prefer to soak up the sun on the beach, hire a boat, take a gentle stroll through the shaded pine clad headland around the bay or try your hand at diving, with a PADI approved training school, then Cala Galdana has all this and more to offer. The children's waterslides on the beach make this an ideal destination for families with younger children. Everything is close at hand with a good choice of bars, fine restaurants and shops within the resort.

Excellent layout, facilities and location. The swimming pool and and all rooms were in a very good condition and it is only 10 minutes walk from the main centre of town where everything you need can be found.

We would certainly recommend this property to anybody.

Excellent beaches and coves within, 5, 20 and 40 minutes walks. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by and a regular economic first class public transport to other major cities on the island. No need for car rentals.

The property was well maintained and clean. The customer service was a little slow to respond when required but the quality of service could not be questioned.
