The spacious accommodation is divided into two independent living areas. On the upper level the entrance hallway leads to one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is also a comfortable living room, with Sat TV, a separate fitted kitchen and a covered terrace on this level. Exterior stairs lead down to the lower level, which comprises of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a spacious living room with Sat TV and American style kitchen diner. Double doors give access to the lower level covered terrace, which has a brick built barbeque; ideal for ‘Alfresco’ dining.

The lovely resort of Cala Galdana is located on the south coast of the island and is centred around one of the most beautiful pine clad bays on the island. The large horseshoe shaped bay of Cala Galdana with crystal clear waters and gently shelving pale gold sand is ideal fro families. A small wooden bridge over the river, which flows out to sea, makes a most picturesque setting. From here it is possible to walk along the headland and explore through the pine forests. Cala Galdana holidays offer something for everyone; whether you prefer to soak up the sun on the beach, hire a boat, take a gentle stroll through the shaded pine clad headland around the bay or try your hand at diving, with a PADI approved training school, then Cala Galdana has all this and more to offer. The children's waterslides on the beach make this an ideal destination for families with younger children. Everything is close at hand with a good choice of bars, fine restaurants and shops within the resort.

Outside Facilities:: Outside there are extensive mature gardens with lawns to the front of the villa and to the side, a private 7m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps and a poolside shower. The villa also has a roof terrace with good sea views. Patio furniture, parasols and sun beds are provided for use on the terraces and around the pools area. There is off road parking for several cars.

Just spent a week in this property and compared to Villa Florit it is disappointing. It does have a very nice pool, but the location is a bit noisy. It isn't as well equipped as it could be. For example, the downstairs apartment which sleeps 6 has no indoor dining facilities and only 1 two-seater sofa and an armchair. The upstairs apartment which also sleeps 6 does allow indoor seating for 5 and the dining table seats 4/6. The crockery is so muddled up between the 2 apartments that it is difficult to find the right amount of anything for a large party (we were a group of 10), and there was only 1 can opener between the 2 apartments and that didn't work. As the weather was so good , none of this spoiled the holiday for us, however it would have been a different story in cold or wet weather.
