A very high standard villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with wonderful far-reaching south facing views of the Mahon harbour. Situated in a quiet cul de sac on the exclusive development of Cala Llonga it has its own private pool and built in barbeque. 10 minutes to local shops and restaurants in Mahon and 5 minutes to nearest beach. Furnished and equipped as a second home, this property is only let for a few weeks a year for those people wanting a home from home in a peaceful location. The whole of the upstairs is dedicated to the air-conditioned master suite which consists of a 6’ double bed, wooden floor, sofa and easy chairs, plus fridge and refreshment centre. There is also a separate dressing/office area and large wet room with shower, wc and wash basin. The whole area is over 70sqm. Additionally full length windows open on to the upper terrace with a 180 degree view of the harbour and out to sea - the perfect place for a sundowner.

Cala Llonga is a peaceful residential area close to the busy town of Mahon with its many restaurants, bars and shops. The sandy beach of Mesquida is only a short drive away. A car is essential to enjoy the many features of Menorca including a further 120 beaches, golf and walking together with the many water sport facilities the island has to offer. Cala Llonga is not a holiday resort: it is a residential area with a mix of local business people and second homers. This location is idea for a family seeking a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, but close to a lively town to provide fine dining and entertainment.

All the bathrooms are less than 4 years old and each room is well furnished with large wardrobes and room fans. The fully equipped Kitchen is modern with granite work surfaces, dishwasher, microwave, hob, electric oven and a large fridge/freezer. In the Living areas there is a CD player and Satellite TV complete with SKY sports package plus a Video player. You will be able to receive all the UK channels you get at home plus the sports package from SKY - vital for the footy fan. There is also a selection of pre recorded videos. Outside on the very private terrace, you will find the pool, shaded dinning area, built in barbeque and sink, together with a fridge and shower. There are plenty of sun beds and garden furniture. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier, plus iron and ironing board. |
