This recently constructed detached villa is located adjacent to Villa Es Magrane in the centre of Cala ‘n Porter, just off the road to the beach and within 50m of shops, restaurants and the nearest supermarket. The beach in this popular lively resort is just 400m from the villa. The famous Covas d’en Xoroi, set in caves overlooking the coast, is approximately 10 minutes walk away. A number of local bars and restaurants provide family entertainment during the evening. The accommodation comprises of master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, a shower room, lounge / dining room, with patio doors and a separate fitted kitchen. Outside there are extensive sun terraces, a brick built BBQ and the 8m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps and poolside shower. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided.

The well-known and popular resort of Cala 'n Porter is on the south coast and offers turquoise blue waters that glisten in a narrow cove backed by a wide sandy beach. On one side, the untouched limestone cliffs are the home to seabirds. On the other side of the cove there are a number of homes perched precariously on the cliff-face. A unique bar and nightclub, Covas den Xoroi, named after Xoroi, a legendary Berber pirate who abducted a local girl and kept her in his cave, is set in a cave high up in the cliffs. The resort has a wealth of bars and restaurants including some on the beach. A weekly market is held in the square to compliment the choice from the varied shops within the resort. A little road train runs around the resort through the day, and down to the beach. Besides the Covas den Xoroi nightclub, family entertainment can be found most evenings in local hotel, which are open to all. A villa holiday to Cala 'n Porter is ideal for families with children or couples.

Menorca: : The green landscape with golden, sandy beaches is almost completely unspoilt with a very welcoming, relaxing atmosphere making it a real favourite with discerning holidaymakers. Menorca is ideal for a family beach holiday in lovely surroundings, where nightclubs and commercial resorts are hard to find. Landscape and History: Individual towns of Menorca have festivals to celebrate the feast day of their patron saints. The first and largest of these festivals is the Fiesta de San Juan, which takes place in Ciutadella over the last weekend in June. The season ends with the Fiesta de Mare de Deu de Gracia in the capital, Mahon at the beginning of September. Menorca's other town and former capital, Ciutadella, has some fine Regency architecture, as well as a gothic cathedral.
