This delightful and well maintained villa is located on the outskirts of Cala ‘n Porter, within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The safe sandy beach is just 1.3km away and can be reached by road or down 194 steps if preferred! The spacious lounge/dining room is accessed from the covered terrace. From the dining area, a passageway leads to the master double room with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin rooms and a family bathroom. The separate fitted kitchen has a utility room off, which houses the washing machine and water heater. The villa is light and airy, having good quality woodwork and furnishings throughout. The convenient location make it an idea choice for a family holiday. The covered terrace has patio table and chairs for ‘Alfresco’ dining. The sun terrace surrounds a 9m x 4m swimming pool. There is a BBQ and a poolside shower. Steps lead up to a large roof terrace offering uninterrupted sun bathing and views.

The well-known and popular resort of Cala 'n Porter is on the south coast and offers turquoise blue waters that glisten in a narrow cove backed by a wide sandy beach. On one side, the untouched limestone cliffs are the home to seabirds. On the other side of the cove there are a number of homes perched precariously on the cliff-face. A unique bar and nightclub, Covas den Xoroi, named after Xoroi, a legendary Berber pirate who abducted a local girl and kept her in his cave, is set in a cave high up in the cliffs. The resort has a wealth of bars and restaurants including some on the beach. A weekly market is held in the square to compliment the choice from the varied shops within the resort. A little road train runs around the resort through the day, and down to the beach. Besides the Covas den Xoroi nightclub, family entertainment can be found most evenings in local hotel, which are open to all. A villa holiday to Cala 'n Porter is ideal for families with children or couples.
