The patio has a fixed shaded area, sun loungers, with outside dining facilities and a large upstairs sun terrace. Located in this quite cul-de-sac with no thro' traffic, you'll just enjoy the peace of this modern villa, the wonderful village of Cal'n Porter, and the beautiful island of Menorca.

Menorca

Is the quietest of the Balearic islands and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Families are always made to feel welcome, particularly the children, and there are many 'safe' beaches for the young. A small island easily explored, with many quiet coves and beaches.

Cala'n Porter

Is a friendly village, which has a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Within the caves is located the only disco, which also acts as a bar during the day. The sandy beach can be reached by foot or by car or alternatively by the village 'train', which has become a well known and popular sight. There is also has a chemist open daily during the summer, with a doctors located within 5 minutes of the villa. September is a particularly wonderful month to be on the island because of all of the various village carnivals are held. Cala'n Porter usually holding the festival of water.

Location of Villa Kimina

The centre of the village is less than 10 minutes walk, and the beach is a further 5 minutes. The selection of village supermarkets can supply all that you need for a self catering holiday for those that wish to cook, alternatively there are numerous restaurants supplying a variety of cuisines for those that wish to dine out.
